今天晚上一位亦友亦父的朋友要離開我們hostel了，他在這邊工作了好幾年，我不知道他要到哪裡去~~~
他是個很好的人。
喜歡煮飯，也喜歡請我們吃飯，手藝很好。
喜歡釣魚，也會帶我們去釣魚。
喜歡喝酒，當然，也會請我們喝兩杯。
喜歡談天，最喜歡跟我說，Amanda, where is the dumplings?
喜歡開玩笑，最可愛的就是他的笑聲。
看起來很瘦弱，但是在hostel做很多工作。

我永遠記得我剛來的時候，他說要請我們吃飯。
後來約我們去釣魚。
我煮東西給他吃，他那種高興又驚喜的樣子。
不時的，他煮個澳洲食物，我煮個台灣甜點。
聊天時，總是很開心的笑著、熟練的捲煙、每天喝三杯啤酒。

我回來的隔天就問我要不要吃咖哩，同時又在跟我討水餃。

我不知道他的實際年齡，但我很高興我有這個朋友，有時候讓我覺得，他彌補了某塊我年少時失去爸爸的缺憾。

不論你到了哪裡，都會有我的祝福。

Tonight, a friend who likes my friend and my father will leave our hostel.  He works here for several years, and I don't know where will be his next stop.
He is a good people.
He likes cooking, also good in cooking, and likes to ask us to have a dinner.
He likes fishing, also asks us to fishing together.
He likes drinking, of course, will buy us beer sometimes.
He likes chatting, and always say to me, Amanda, where is the dumplings?
He likes joking, and he owns the lovely laugh.
He looks like weak people, but do many jobs in hostel.

I always remember that in the first week after I arrived, he asked us to have a dinner together.
And then asked us to fishing.
He was happy and surprised at what I shared to him that I cooked.
Sometimes, he shared his food to me, and I share mine to him.
When we were chatting, always laugh happily, rolling cigarette skilled, has three cups of beer everyday.

This time when I came back, he asked me that do you want some curry, and was asking the dumplings from me again.

I don't know what's his real age, but I am glad to have this friend.  Sometimes I will feel, he fills my lost part of my father.
